Weld Burn Shop Jacket:
Designed for welding, fabrication, crawling around on the ground, or just staying warm in the shop during the colder and winter months, the Weld Burn Leather Shop Jacket is a purpose-built piece of gearhead apparel. No exposed hardware on the outside of the jacket means you can safely lean across painted surfaces without snap heads gouging the surface or worrying about accidentally grounding out something you are welding on. Pockets are stitched on from the inside of the shell which keeps the waxed suede leather surface of the jacket free of snagging hazards, no one wants to get hooked by the spinny-wheel-of-death! (The chest pockets are zippered though so you can get to the contents without having to stop and open your jacket) A single arm pocket holds your grease pens or soapstone safely out of the way but within easy access. The collar of the Weld Burn Leather Shop Jacket is designed with a soft but durable corduroy material which is not only stylish but when the collar is folded up and snapped to protect your neck, it helps keep you cool while being more comfortable to wear long term. Speaking of long term, wearing a leather jacket while welding in the sun can zap you of the will to live very quickly so the Weld Burn jacket is equipped with zippered exhaust vent for air flow across the back of the jacket just like motorcycle gear has been doing for decades! At the ends of the arms are adjustable cuffs allowing you to choose whether you want a loose fit for airflow or a snug fit to tuck inside your welding gloves, the Weld Burn jacket is truly a gearhead’s best friend!

Canvas Mongo Bib:
Being a gearhead means you have a constant need to get out to the garage and wrench on stuff but sometimes you have 10 minutes, sometimes you have an hour or two, but rarely do we have a whole day or weekend to spend in the garage. For those times when you just want to pop out to the shop and scratch that gearhead itch for an hour or so, the Mongo Bib has been designed so that you don’t have to waste any of your precious time changing into something you can get dirty or worse yet, temping the Gods of Speed by going out in your ‘nice jeans’. While Mongo might have been a pawn of life, you can take control of your available time by hanging one of these bibs on a peg in the garage so you can throw it on when you only have a few minutes to get your wrenching fix! Available in leather or canvas and in 30″ long and 34″ long options, the Mongo Bib is loaded up with great features to help you stay efficient as well as clean. The chest pocket has been divided into three sections: one for marking utensils like soapstone and grease pens, the center section is large enough for your phone or other wide tools, and the last is a pass-through pocket, open at the bottom for extra long tools or t-squares. Lower down is a large pocket divided in two with comfortable hand entry angles for larger tools, notebooks, etc. All seams are reinforced with double or triple stitching and box stitches in the corners. The standard cotton webbing X-strap on the back is fully adjustable to strap length and the position of the cross-over so you can customize your fit exactly how you like it and the waist strap helps keep the bib in place when you have to lean over. And while the rugged cotton webbing straps are outstanding options, a upgraded leather X-strap and a Y-strap option will be available soon.
